Meeting opened: 7:08pm
Richard reads the minutes of the last Triennial General Meeting, 5 September 2022. Present: Jenine, Angela, Marie, Petrina, Audrey, Elise, Hugh. Elected Richard chair, Audrey as treasurer, Jenine as secretary, Marie as fundraising coordinator, and Petrina as Hall Caretaker. Richard moved that all nominations be accepted and declared unopposed.
Richard moves that those be accepted, Elise seconds. All in favour, carried.

Treasurer’s report

2023, 2024, 2025. The reports are somewhat muddled due to past confusion over hire and bond payments going into or out of the incorrect accounts. Audrey intends to go to the bank and sort out our bank fees. The insurance looks big in one year and none in the other because our financial year runs July to June.
Audrey moves that be accepted. Marie seconds. All in favour, carried.
Bruce opens the floor for nominations for officers
Audrey nominates Max Wunderlich. Marie seconds. Max willing to give it a go. Richard says he’ll be there to help answer questions. All in favour. Max is elected!
Secretary: Audrey nominates Jenine Abarbanel. Elise seconds. All agreed, carried.
Treasurer: Petrina nominates Audrey Sharp. Elise seconds. All agreed, carried.
Fundraising coordinator: Audrey nominates Marie Ashton. Richard seconds. All agreed, carried.
Caretaker: Audrey nominates Petrina Brenchley. Marie seconds. All agreed, carried.
